We accept returns for items that are unworn with tags still attached. You have 7 calendar days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for a return. Worn, washed, or otherwise used items will not be accepted. Returns are free for customers in the US. Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund less $5 to account for return shipping fees. Return orders initiated after 7 days from when you receive your order will receive a store credit for the full purchase amount.

Beru Kids is not responsible for items once they have been shipped. Beru Kids will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. 

Instructions for sending your return back to Beru Kids:  

Enter your email address and order number in the right hand side form.

Select the item(s) and reason for the return

Click “Print pre-paid Shipping Label” and continue

A USPS shipping label will be generated. Please print the shipping label and the return form. Place your items and return form back in the original shipping envelope – it’s reusable!

Attach the shipping label to the outside of the envelope, then drop off at your nearest Post Office. Remember to keep your tracking number!

Please allow up to 7 business days from the receipt of your return for us to process your refund.

At this time we do not offer returns or exchanges for International orders.

Exchanges:

We accept exchanges for the same item but in a different size or color, depending on availability. You have 7 calendar days from the day you receive your shipment to postmark your items for an exchange. Once we receive your item for exchange, we will then ship the new item and email you the new tracking number. 

In order to complete an exchange with Beru Kids please follow the instructions for sending back a return.

Please allow up to 7 business days from the receipt of your return for us to get back to you with your new tracking number.
